Stable Large‑Scale Production

We have established a large-scale production system that is compatible with multiple product categories, and have planned exclusive production units for our core products. The annual production capacity of ABS gear rings has remained stable at 3 million pieces, and brake valve components and new energy IBS products are also equipped with automated production lines to meet the delivery needs of large quantities of orders from OEMs. The workshop is equipped with an automated loading and unloading system and MES production management system to achieve full process visual control of production rhythm, equipment status, and process flow, effectively reducing human errors and ensuring production stability. At the same time, we have established a comprehensive supply chain guarantee system, signed long-term strategic cooperation agreements with large domestic steel and aluminum suppliers, locked in core raw material inventory in advance, and avoided the risks of raw material price fluctuations and supply interruptions. We have established a safety stock mechanism to meet the JIT supply needs of the host factory. The delivery cycle for regular orders can be stably controlled within 7-15 days, and for urgent orders, the delivery cycle can be compressed to 3-5 days through flexible scheduling. There has never been a delay in orders due to insufficient production capacity.
