We have established a full process quality control system covering raw material entry, production process, and finished product delivery, with IATF 16949:2016 automotive industry quality system as the core. We have deeply applied the five quality tools (APQP/PPAP/FMEA/MSA/SPC) to various stages of production.

Raw material incoming inspection: Each batch of steel and aluminum materials must undergo chemical composition analysis, mechanical property testing, and appearance inspection. Unqualified raw materials are strictly prohibited from being stored;

Production process control: Implement the first piece inspection, scheduled inspection, and last piece inspection system, use SPC statistical process control for key processes, monitor processing accuracy fluctuations in real time, and prevent quality problems in advance;

Full inspection of finished products: 100% of key dimensions are fully inspected using a coordinate measuring instrument, with zero omissions in core parameters such as tooth shape, coaxiality, and runout; Simultaneously supporting reliability verification such as hardness testing, 48-72 hour salt spray testing, -40 ℃~125 ℃ high and low temperature cycling testing, and airtightness performance testing;

Full chain traceability: Each product is assigned a unique traceability code, which can trace the batch of raw materials, production equipment, operators, and testing records, achieving rapid positioning and closed-loop resolution of quality issues.

At present, our product defect rate is steadily controlled at the leading level in the industry, and we have established a rapid response mechanism for after-sales quality, providing customers with quality problem solutions within 48 hours and providing reliable quality assurance for the entire product lifecycle.
